Guest Access Details:

1. Two days prior to your arrival, you'll get an email containing all the info you need for an easy and stress-free check-in.
2. You'll have exclusive access to the lower/basement area, so you won’t be sharing it with anyone else.
3. Instructions for accessing the suite will be sent to you once your booking is confirmed.

Please keep in mind:
1. There are other tenants residing on the upper level of the house.
2. There are also tenants in the other unit of the same lower ground suite.

NO PETS ALLOWED: Just a heads up, pets aren’t allowed during your stay. If you have a service dog, please let the property management know ahead of time. This way, we can share the house rules with you and assist you better before you arrive.

1. We have a set of house rules that must be followed during your stay:
- No smoking of any kind (including e-cigarettes, marijuana, and tobacco)
- No illegal substances
- No parties or gatherings
- Keep noise to a minimum at all times
- Pets are not allowed
- Please avoid loud gatherings. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM
- One set of towels will be provided for each registered guest
- Only the number of guests you registered can stay; extra fees apply for additional guests
