"What an amazing location. It allowed us to do short day trips in different directions. The space inside was greatly appreciated as was the deck and yard. The swimming hole was a huge attraction for the grandkids. Willow was responsible and very helpful. Thank you for providing the grandkids with life jackets. The cabin is close to the road and there is road noise. But with those views I didn’t even care. "

"Plenty of space in the unit we stayed in. The place is older but very clean and comfortable. Extra towels available for our group. Plenty of places for fishing nearby and their freezer space was convenient. Will be back in the future."

"This place was the perfect place for solitude and family connection. The little cabin was efficient and perfectly appointed. It felt secluded, but it was just a short drive to Seward, which is fun and vibrant. I almost cried when we left and I vow to return one day. Side note: there was mention in the description of no cell service unless you have Verizon, but our Spectrum service there worked perfectly—even though you should not want to be on a phone in such a special place. "

"This place was comfortable. It has three bedrooms with their own bathrooms. No living room area so we had to sit around at the kitchen table after our day out. Also there really was no access to the water for fishing which is the only reason I rented this place. Even though they couldn't fish my husband said this was his favorite place. We did enjoy a fire at the fire pit. "

"Great little cabin tucked away in a culdesac, but the trees all around made it feel secluded. The mountain view from the hot tub was a bonus!My only negative was the soap in the shower - the bottles were mostly empty and there was 2 body washes but no shampoo."

"Wonderful stay in this beautiful and cosy cabin. We were a group of 5, we would have loved to have enough chairs for all and cooking dishes are limited, but we would definitely come back. Thank you Janet!"

"The was the perfect tiny cabin for my husband and I to stay in for our two nights in Seward. The shower was amazing and good hot water. Sheets and blankets were very soft. Internet was great."

"Our stay was very comfortable and the host was very welcoming! The location is perfectly located just outside of Seward harbor. The coffee stationed was stocked and the kitchen provided all the utilities we needed. We would stay here again! "

"We enjoyed our stay at the Pinecone Palace. It was a great location, close to many hiking trails and lakes as well as to the local restaurants in Seward. Host communicated well and made everything easy."
