The resort was absolutely beautiful. They do a great job of keeping it clean. I stayed in the off-season, so the vibe was really chill. I believe it had things for people of all ages and great for families.
The tram was down but that's due to the season (so that couldn't be helped). The pool and fitness center were open and were great. The nordic spa was open as well, and although I didn't get a chance to use it, I did see a lot of people utilize it (and it seemed amazing).
I think I would've given it a 5/5 if the customer service was better. The people I encountered working in the restaurants were great- friendly and helpful.
But some of the people working at the front desk were not great. The said they would call me when my room was ready, they forgot. After checking in, one of the guys at the front gave off judgmental glares and had this attitude of giving the bare minimum to want to help or answer any questions I (or others) may have had.
My last gripe is with the appearance of their staff. Some of them looked like they didn't want to be there or didn't care about how they represented the hotel. If you are going to be labeled as a "luxury hotel", I believe your personnel should reflect that in how they present themselves and how they interact with customers.
Overall, I think they price reflected the quality of the hotel. I would stay here again.
