"The owner was good with communication. We ran out of TP and she brought some right over to us. Nice but minimally furnished. There is no blender that i saw. Dishes were minimal. No serving/mixing bowls baking dishes etc. I was surprised that a property that promotes its coastal location did not have any beach stuff (towels, chairs, umbrella). Also there is only comfortable seating for 2 in the living room. Renter should know that the house is right on a busy road that had a lot of emergency...

"Broken items throughout the home, not even a can opener in the ill equipped kitchen and I had to buy a skillett because the non stick skillets were no longer non stick. Spent 3 -4 hours repairing chairs, and some cash I might add, so my family could enjoy a meal together. Broken pool cues, damaged pool table felt. A mirror in my sons room fell off the wall because some genious hung it with deck screws through the sheet rock so I bought anchors and fixed this. All of this was very annoying, but...
