This colorful one-bedroom retreat was thoughtfully designed to reflect the creative spirit of Melbourne’s Eau Gallie Arts District (EGAD), with vibrant murals, artistic details, and a private outdoor space that feels like an extension of the neighborhood’s creative energy.

Inside, you’ll find a comfortable living room, full kitchen, dining area, one bedroom, full bathroom, and convenient in-unit washer and dryer. Outside, enjoy your own fenced backyard and spacious tiki-covered patio—perfect for morning coffee, an afternoon drink, or relaxing after a day exploring Melbourne. The front patio also offers a glimpse of the Indian River.

Experience Eau Gallie Arts District

One of the best parts of staying here is having an entire arts district to explore. Eau Gallie Arts District is home to an outdoor museum of 30+ murals, galleries, artist studios, public art, boutiques, restaurants, and creative events. You can wander the district at your own pace, follow the official mural map, or take the free self-guided Florida Stories walking tour, which features 12 stops with narration and photos.

For an even more immersive experience, plan your visit around First Friday Art Walk, when galleries open their doors and the district comes alive with art, live performances, and interactive installations. Guided mural tours are also offered on the third Saturday of each month.

Art lovers can browse local galleries and working studios, discover original artwork and handmade pieces, or look for hands-on creative experiences and workshops throughout the Melbourne area. Downtown Melbourne also offers additional murals and creative spaces if you want to keep exploring beyond Eau Gallie Arts District.

Whether you spend the day hunting for murals, meeting local artists, browsing galleries, enjoying the river, or simply relaxing beneath the tiki patio, this is a place designed for guests who want their getaway to feel creative, colorful, and completely different from the ordinary.
HOUSE RULES
1) All Communication must be through the chat feature on the app.
2) Due to a health hazard to the owners and others who manage this property, this property is NOT Pet Friendly. DO NOT bring any type of animal. If any type of animal is brought onto the property, you will be required to pay an additional cleaning fee.
3) Primary Guests must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property.
4) NO PARTIES ALLOWED. Any guest that has a party will be asked to leave without a refund. ANY Parties will result in a minimum fine of $500.
5) Absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed on the property including Vapes, Marijuana, and Tobacco. Smoking will result in a $250 fine.
6) If there is anything damaged or missing from the property, you will be responsible to replace and/or pay for the repair.
7) Quiet time from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM (even on weekends, no loud music or any loud noise during quiet time)
8) Checkout is at 10:00 AM. Check-In Time 3:00 PM.
9) A Late Checkout Fee of $250 will be charged to the payment on file if you checkout late without prior approval.
10) There is a lost key fee of $50 for any key that is lost and not recoverable.
11) No Refunds on reservations canceled due to a violation of our House Rules.

REPAIRS:
We do our best to provide each guest with the best vacation experience possible. However, just like in your home, sometimes issues might occur that require attention. Some issues do not interrupt nor disturb your stay and can be dealt with once your vacation is over. Other issues will require immediate attention and must be reported as soon as they occur.

The time to report them is NOT upon or after checkout of a multiple-night stay as there will be no compensation in those instances because we will consider them livable according to your standards. If you are experiencing a stay-altering issue with the property, we will get you moved to a different location immediately. Clear and Concise Communication is paramount.

BEFORE YOU LEAVE

- Make sure you haven’t left anything behind. Please double-check bedrooms, bathrooms, closets, drawers, and charging areas for personal belongings.
- Lock the door when you leave.
- Close and lock all windows.
- Set the thermostat to 75°F.
- Log out of any streaming accounts you signed into on the televisions.

- Leave beds unmade.
- No need to strip the beds—our housekeeping team will take care of it.
- Place used towels in a pile in the bathtub/shower.
- If possible, start a load of white bath towels.
