The Eau Gallie Arts District offer the Foosaner Art Museum, the Rossetter Art Museum and a variety of shops, art galleries and restaurants. Guest access:
Guest may gain access to the house anytime after check-in with deadbolt code. The house is setup completely for guest use and everything in the house is accessible to guests with the exception of a locked utility closet.
Other things to note:
We have a Mr. Coffee 6 cup traditional drip coffee maker.
The thermostat has a lower limit of 69 degrees to prevent the unit from freezing.
