"Mikkie's place is very clean, comfortable and in a convenient location. She met us at check in to go over all the features in the apartment and answer any questions. The space had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We would definitely come again."

"We had a pleasant day in this unit. We liked the coffee choices (makers and ingredients). Very well equipped kitchen with thoughtfully chosen items -- good stuff and not just a collection of yard sale junk. Great linens, comfortable bed. Owner was easy to reach and communicated effectively, and remedied the few minor issues that came up during our stay. Walkable neighborhood with a few good local food choices. Basement laundry was a bit off-putting and the stairway down was tricky at best....

"This place fit our needs but we had a couple of hiccups which I have shared with the owner. When we arrived, 3 of the bedroom doors were locked by a keypad. It was never explained why, but the owner did remind me when I emailed for the door codes that we were only supposed to use 6 beds for the 6 guests in our group. "I loved this apartment. It was perfect for what we needed. I only gave four stars because the apartment could use a little love and updating, and that may be important to some people.
