"We had a pleasant day in this unit. We liked the coffee choices (makers and ingredients). Very well equipped kitchen with thoughtfully chosen items -- good stuff and not just a collection of yard sale junk. Great linens, comfortable bed. Owner was easy to reach and communicated effectively, and remedied the few minor issues that came up during our stay. Walkable neighborhood with a few good local food choices. Basement laundry was a bit off-putting and the stairway down was tricky at best....

"Absolutely lovely stay! Due to some flight issues we weren’t able to enjoy our stay for as long as planned but Mikkie was so lovely and accommodating. The house is absolutely adorable and was exactly what we were looking for. The location was great as well. The property is perfect for a couple. Would definitely come back again."

"Thanks for the great stay we’ll definitely be back again!"

"Very well supplied home! The host has clearly put a lot of time and attention into making a comfortable place for guests. We found it much easier to drive to the T station and park to go into the city for sight-seeing but we really enjoyed this as a home base."

"This place fit our needs but we had a couple of hiccups which I have shared with the owner. When we arrived, 3 of the bedroom doors were locked by a keypad. It was never explained why, but the owner did remind me when I emailed for the door codes that we were only supposed to use 6 beds for the 6 guests in our group. House was short on hand towels and had only 4 coffee mugs, but there were a bunch of k cups for the coffee maker. Drinking glasses were few, too. One of the bedrooms is in the...

"This place was a delight! It was super clean and comfy. All of the rooms were spacious: we could have staged a square dance in the living room! There is a countertop fancy toaster oven in the kitchen to take the place of a larger appliance. About a 12-15 minute walk to Tufts. And, the neighborhood is full of bakeries and coffee shops, and ice cream too! Marcela checked in daily, AND let me drop my bags early which was helpful. It felt like home."

"The property is well situated and very close to the train station to make it easy to go downtown Boston. Everything is new in the property, the decor is very nice and it's really clean and confortable! The owner thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable: different types of pillows, additional blankets, coffee, tea, shampoo, conditionner, etc. I strongly recommend this property!!!"

"El lugar es bastante amplio, cerca de la estación de metro para poder trasladarse por toda la ciudad. La hospitalidad y el lugar se encontraba muy limpio. Un lugar bastante cómodo e ideal para descansar."

"Very nice"

"We had a fantastic stay here and would absolutely book again. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had a clean, modern style that made it feel both comfortable and welcoming. There was more than enough space for our family of six, and we never felt cramped. The location was one of the biggest highlights. Having the pool, playground, and splash pad right across the street was perfect with kids, and we loved being able to walk to all the shops and restaurants at Assembly Row. There...

"Rental was very clean and well furnished. The only thing that I would note is that two of the bedrooms are on the second floor of the unit and the staircase is a spiral that is not easily navigated by someone who is elderly or has physical limitations."

"Quarto muito bom, com cozinha. Localização ótima, preço bom. Só faltam cadeira e mesa."

"The property was beautifully maintained and very up to date. This was the perfect place to stay! There were 5 of us and we had plenty of room. We were only here for two nights, but when we come back will definitely look to rebook here! Mariana was wonderful with communicating clearly with me every step of the way, too! 10/10!"

"We booked this suite for a weekend event we had in Boston. Boston prices were that weekend, which led us here. The space was clean and comfortable, with an extra small room for my adult son, giving us room to spread out. Parking in the driveway was a bit tricky, we were lucky to be able to park on the street. Communication with the host was excellent. It was an easy drive into Boston. The suite is on the third floor which was no issue for us, but travelers should be aware."

"This spot was in the perfect location - just a couple blocks from great restaurants and the subway to get anywhere else. We walked to Harvard and other areas and took the T for all other transport. The unit itself was clean and comfortable and exactly what we needed. Thank you for a great stay!"

"There was a severe sewage smell."

"This adorable little studio has all the necessities, off-street parking and a quiet neighborhood. It’s absolutely charming and we would recommend this little gem to anyone who has business in the city but wants to stay somewhere quiet and outside of the hustle and bustle. The hosts were easy to contact and attentive, everything was modern and clean. Great place!"
