"É uma casa antiga e espaçosa. Fica num bairro residencial, perto do centro histórico (10 minutos a pé). Não encontramos um bom supermercado em volta, apenas alguns pequenos estabelecimentos com poucas opções. Os móveis não são novos e rangem. O estacionamento é na rua ou numa estreita vaga ao lado da casa, ambos de graça. Não é fácil achar vaga na rua. O banheiro, assim como o resto da casa, era antigo, mas em boas condições e limpo. O check-in foi fácil e o proprietário nos atendeu prontamente...

"Overall very comfortable and clean stay. Street Parking was easy for me for our weekend trip. The beds were super comfy and plenty of space for a family of 5. "Excellent accommodations. We visited in mid-July 2025, and during an unusual heat wave - weather. The bedroom was very warm and the AC unit was struggling to cool the entire apartment. One text to the host, and within hours a second portable AC unit was installed by the maintenance crew. No questions, no trouble, just an apology and an immediate solution to address our concern. Issued resolved! We can’t say enough about how responsive the host was and friendly. The host was genuinely interested...
