"Checking in was a frustrating experience. The instructions provided beforehand were far too general, leaving us stuck outside when we arrived. We had to make multiple attempts to contact the host just to get into the building, despite arriving well within the designated check-in window. After waiting outside for a while, the host finally emailed the actual instructions. The place itself was fine, but the arrival process definitely needs to be streamlined."

"SPACE/ROOM: 3 bedrooms. Two rooms had bunk beds which is great for families. 2 showers and 2 toilets. A Living Room with a couch and TV. We had 7 people and felt very comfortable in this space.
