"Great location for the Cotswolds, easy parking. Breakfast was great, the host was such a kind young man. I’ve forgotten his name but always so helpful and a huge smile on his face and so helpful to his coworkers. I booked too late for the spa therapies so all that was left was a 25min massage which was disappointing because we were hoping for longer. The massage itself was WONDERFUL! "Nice hotel, rooms are big for English standards and very close to supermarket, shops, etc. Parking is not free but was charged only 5GBP for day, so that was ok. The only downside was that we were traveling with a lot of bags and they do not have an elevator, anyway, they have only 2 floors so we had to go only one flour up. Overall nice stay with no issues."

"The Malvern is a hotel run around a health club and spa. The best feature is its restaurant which is modern and serves good food. The spa itself has a nice and warm indoor / outdoor pool but the facilities are dated and tired. The rooms are very tired, think 1970’s travelodge, and in desperate need of an upgrade. Staff pleasant."
