"The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. My complaint was that our room was not cleaned on one of the days even after I tipped the housekeeper. The next day I went to the front desk and they did call to get our room cleaned. But even then they only put clean towels and made the bed. No coffee or cups. The ice machine was also not working during or visit. However, there was another one on the first floor so no big deal. The morning breakfast was very good and the staff willing to get...

"Grand Vista Hotel in Simi Valley Ca was a very clean and well run property. The staff was great and I enjoyed every amenity!"

"The air conditioning did not work… just a fan blew with no condenser or change of temperature. The bathtub was stained around the fixture with perhaps mold?"

"The only thing that bothered me was not all the channels were working on live TV I really like going to hotels to lay in bed and just watch TV sunday nights. One of my favorite movies was playing but couldn't watch it. Other than that beautiful hotel no other complaints:)"

They saved our packages for us and even searched for a missing item related to our special-needs daughter’s wheelchair. Their kindness and attention to detail made a huge difference.
