"Our adult son stayed in this unit during Thanksgiving while we (parents) stayed in the upstairs unit. It worked out very well. We were asked to rate the pool, but we are not aware of any pool here. "This guest house was perfect for a quick vacation to Malibu. The room was comfy and the views were great. My only “complaint” although this was nothing major, there was some construction going on at the neighbors homes which made parking tricky at times. Despite the parking situation, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quaint getaway."
