"I have stayed at this location many times over the last 5 years & have always had a pleasant stay. For some reason this time was anything but. There was some odd thing going on with the people at the front desk. Anything but hospitable. I mainly had difficulty with one dark haired rigid, automaton with a fixed smile who seemed to want to punish me for not booking on the best western site. Then I got assigned to a room near the ice machine, noisy, but the worst was that there was NO HOT WATER...

"The hotel and grounds and pool area beautiful, the room was great, and the staff were nice and helpful. The breakfast were served about 200 ft away at a Mom & Pop restuarant called Mikey's, the food was tasty and the owners were very friendly. I would like to give a shout out to the Hotel Manager Michael B, him and his staff were excellent. We look forward to coming back to this place again soon."
