"My husband and I traveled with our son (6) for our first Keys trip the first week of April. The rental was comfortable with a full kitchen for our own cooking and everything was clean. The view is perfection and the deck is steps away from the water. We were able to fish and enjoy the beautiful sunsets right outside the place. The location is quiet enough with alot of families but close to shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back and Frank was easy to contact. Great adventure!"

"I thought the food was great. Even had Foursquare rum, in the bar. Staff was very friendly and helpful, offered many recommendations for beaches and jet ski options. Swim with the Dolphins, is 5 min drive. Only thing i wasnt a fan of, was the tide would go out around 4pm, until 9pm. Leaving a not so great smell during that time. Obviously nothing they can do,but was mot great. Whwn tide was in,was very nice. The pier is nice at night toi."

"Very nice place, charming and with an incredible ocean view. We stayed at the beach Cozzy cottage room, which is definitely the best option (view and location in the resort). Nice swimming pool and small bar. The bathroom is small and looks like a boat bathroom. Nice city with good restaurants and ocean activities. We enjoyed a jetski 2hours tour with A1. "

And the NEST across overseas highway great spirits & food. kitchens open until 10pm. 7 am green turtle breakfast. Or Mangrove Mike’s is a short walk North for breakfast. "Mostly good job refreshing an old place. Was odd to have sliders that don’t open bc there’s no balcony. And they had paint splotches marring the peaceful view. The shower was not inviting. Didn’t use it. But the room is refreshed and the location is walkable to a few things. "

"Office is open 9 am to 4pm. Expedia has office open until 5pm. If you do not get there before 4pm you will need to make arrangements to have key left for you. Also, no mention of only allowing one vehicle on Expedia- any additional vehicle is an additional charge. Please make sure you contact the property ahead of time on this as well. Otherwise, it is clean, quiet and very beautiful. Now knowing the rules and times will definitely stay again."
