"The property was fine for us because we were mainly in the Keys to go scuba diving. But the unit wasn’t very well stocked for a typical VRBO- no salt, exactly 4 spoons, 1 broken ice tray. The balcony was so tiny, only one chair fit. We also found an empty donut bag under the bed. It was fine for what we needed, but I wouldn’t stay here again. The property manger was very nice and checked in on us and helped us when we arrived late due to flight delays. "

AT THAT TIME, the host informed me that we could not use his property! He instructed us to cancel and seek refund with VRBO on our own, which we did after returning home. Thankfully, VRBO support by phone was very helpful and we expect a full refund. Meanwhile, we had to find alternate accommodations on the day of our arrival. We understand...
