Luxury Top Floor Villa - Medano Beachfront - Walk to Marina and Cabo!

*NOTE* Christmas, New Year's, & Spring Break rentals must be 7-night: Saturday-Saturday. 
- Step into luxury as the sun, sand and waves greet you in the serenity of your beautiful villa on the top floor of Villa La Estancia's 5-star resort located on Medano Beach, which is the only swimmable beach in Cabo San Lucas. 
- Marvel at the stunning scenery of the famous Land's End rock formation and the Sea of Cortez from the expansive terrace in your private villa.
- The private 2100+ square foot Mediterrean decorated villa includes a fully furnished eat-in terrace complete with a gas grill and wet bar, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, cable, flat screen TV's in all rooms, ceiling fans and individual thermostats in the main rooms. 
The Master Suite has a king bed with pillow top mattress, a jacuzzi tub, his and her sinks, and a sitting area with a balcony entrance. The Guest Suite provides 2 Queen beds, a small refrigerator, a complete entertainment center, and a full bath. There is also pull-out sofa bed in the living room that can sleep two with a full bath off the living room. 
The contemporary kitchen includes a breakfast bar, roomy dining room table, full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, pantry, as well as a washer/dryer/wash tub combo conveniently located and concealed right off the kitchen area.  
A personal concierge is available to guests prior to and during their stay. The concierge will arrange dinner reservations, excursions, and shop for groceries. (extra charge for shopping and groceries)
Villa La Estancia is less than a mile from downtown Los Cabos (famous for its nightlife), making it the perfect destination whether you’re looking for some rest and relaxation or to let loose in paradise! 
The U-shaped design of Villa La Estancia surrounds the Infinity Pool and affords all guests a beautiful glimmer of the sapphire blue Sea of Cortez or the gorgeous gardens. Building 1-enjoys views of the Land’s End rock formation while Building 3-offers early risers a peek of the beautiful morning sun rise. Building 2 directly overlooks the lush gardens and the sparkling Sea.

This was one of the best places we've ever stayed! From the moment we walked into the building to the moment we left, we were treated like royalty! The whole entire complex is pristine and the villa was exactly like the pictures show. We actually enjoyed just staying at the resort more than going to other places - the pool area doesn't have any music thumping - you can hear the ocean waves! And the views of the mountains and ocean while sitting at the pool are amazing! We will definitely come back.

Best vacation

The villa and location were unbelievable. Lots of space and beautiful villa. Great gym to workout in and then go hang out in the pools, hot tubs, and in the ocean. We will definitely be back.

Best Place in Cabo!!

The best location, convenient,clean and overall breathtaking. I took my wife and my 11 year old son. We stayed in a top floor Villa. Amazing. This will be my go to place from now on. The people were all so nice an accommodating. Thank you Villa la Estancia. We will be back!

Amazing Stay at Villa L'Estancia

Love Villa La Estancia. This is our second visit and it's a no brainer for our family to return here time and time again. The rooms are beautiful, well kept, clean. The service is excellent. And, through Jane's Cabo Rentals, we enjoyed our own concierge, Joelle, who was extremely helpful in booking reservations and providing recommendations. Can't wait to return!

Recommend Villa La Estancia

This is an unique property in that it is a condominium not a time share. The mix of people included condo owners (a few families with kids) and renters made for a more laid back vibe. This compared to the big hotels that tend to have the large tour groups that are looking for more of a party atmosphere. Also the property is just less crowed and quieter. The location of the property is ideal for numerous reasons. It is located under 10 minutes from Cabo San Lucas town center so you have easy access to enjoy the restaurants and shopping in the city. It located on Medano Beach which is one of the few swimmable beaches in Cabo and has a great view of the headlands and harbor entrance. Property is beautifully designed, has gorgeous pools and landscaping and is well maintained. Has an excellent fine dining restaurant on site. Great staff and service was excellent! You also have access to 2 other sister properties next door that offer other onsite restaurant options. The quality and high level of maintenance of the property is a result of being a condo not a time share. We rented a 2 bedroom penthouse condo with full kitchen and a incredible ocean view balcony. The room had high-end decorations and furnishings and excellent bedding. Everything was beautifully maintain and very clean.

Beautiful Cabo San Lucas Condo

This two bedroom, three bath condo was the perfect combination of VRBO rental and resort amenities. It was immaculately clean, spacious, comfortably furnished and our family of 3 enjoyed having the full kitchen to make some of our meals "at home." Can't say enough about the gorgeous view of the ocean and the well-maintained and staffed pool area. Fairly easy 15-30 minute walk to the restaurant/bar/marina areas of Cabo, or a 5 minute taxi (about $11).

Great stay!

Wonderful view! Clean, comfortable, good communication with owner or manager. Friendly and hard-working staff very eager to serve you. We saw them cleaning lights, pool, pressure washing around the pools, etc. Gratuities were welcomed for personal services. There was a daily "sanitation fee" - (maybe sewage fee?) that we must have missed in the description of about $36 Mexican dollars. It was fine for us to pay it. If you get food at the poolside bar and if they have to walk it to you, there is a service fee for that. Uber is a good way to go, but Uber is not lawfully allowed to pick you up at the airport. They can drop you off though. Fitness room was not the coolest in temp, but it was clean with operational machines, towels, water, etc. Restaurants on site had good food. There is a supermarket walking distance that is very convenient along with a Deli, ice cream store, gift shop, etc. In the early eve, there is a live show on stage outdoors with loud music, but it doesn't go on into the late eve, and we could watch with binoculars from the walkway on the 8th floor. Loved the beach access, but the pool water was warm with no temperature shock to enter in the water - was delightful. It wasn't planned, but we got invited to hear the presentation for membership. We were offered a sunset cruise which was pretty wonderful. We'd love to come back another time.

Beautiful condo!

The condo was perfect! Great setup for families! Love that this is part of an actual resort with restaurants, nightly entertainment, a small grocery store on site, etc. The location was amazing and the beach was beautiful. We enjoyed walking to dinner off resort, with just a 15-20 walk to town and the marina. The hosts were great, communication with the staff was wonderful. They made it easy to travel, booked our transportation to and from the airport and even booked dinner reservations for us. We will definitely stay here again!

This was our first trip to Cabo. Villa la Estencia is the perfect place to stay...on a swimmable beach; $10 cab to marina and downtown; lovely resort facilities including access to 9 restaurants (ones we ate at were all pretty tasty), a spa, gym and entertainment.

Awesome property - Highly recommend

Dealing with Condos by Jane was the best experience ever in planning a trip. Ashley was super responsive and gave us all of the information for our stay in a timely manner as well as booked out transportation to an from the airport. We were assigned Joel as our concierge and he was the absolute best with his recommendations and bookings. He even grocery shopped for us and had it all put away and in the fridge when we got there. The property was beautiful with great service and friendly staff. The condo we stayed in was perfect! The layout was awesome with the 2 different sleeping areas and worked out great with out teenage kids. I could not have asked for a better place and cannot wait to return!
