We were there for only one quick night, got to the house at almost eleven washed uniforms, took baths and went to bed.Having a house with washer and dryer was great! The beds were clean and comfy. "We were looking for a place central to BR, Hammond, and Donaldsonville and the Benton properties are perfect. Convenient to get to, but far enough off the beaten path to be super quiet and cozy. The house is super cute, clean, ceiling fans in every room, and did not smell overpoweringly of air freshener as many Vrbos tend to do. "The host was great and responsive, however the units just need some TLC. One unit had not been cleaned. It smelled of cigarette smoke and one of the bed’s linens had not been washed. Cleaning services came out to replace the sheets within 30 minutes, so that was good. But the smoke smell was bad enough that I went to Walmart to buy cleaning supplies and fabric febreeze to make it through the night. The other unit we stayed in did not have any odors but could have used a cleaning as well. "
