"Kathy and Rick go above and beyond in their preparations, kindness, generosity, and hospitality. When you stay with them, it’s like staying with family who care deeply! I highly recommend booking here, and it’s so close to Laurel River spillway and Cumberlands. You won’t be disappointed!"

"The accommodations for this property were amazing! This two room unit is tucked neetly inside a warehouse. Very private and very cozy. The insdie was brand new and felt like home. My fiancé and I were so happy with the location to the Jamestown marina. I will definitely book this unit and quit possibly both floors. Can't wait to come back."

"This 2nd floor studio is spacious, with a large bathroom and a full kitchenette that includes a fridge/freezer, small stove/oven and microwave. There's also a George Foreman outdoor grill to use on the balcony. Beautifully decorated with a very comfortable bed. Quiet and remote with a beautiful view."
