"The parking situation isn’t ideal. We were stuck driving around for an hour until we could find a spot to park near the rental. And the metal covering out front on the road is hopefully temporary because every time a car would go over it, it would make a loud “THUNK THUNK” sound that you could hear all the way in the back in the bedrooms. Needless to say, we were not well rested either night we stayed because of that sound. "

"I do not recommend if you’re hoping to sleep. The location of this unit right off King St is great but you will not sleep due to the unit above and around you. Their stomping footsteps are so loud it sounds like they are in the room with you. It started at 5:00AM every day! Even with earplug they woke us up every day. It made our whole trip difficult. "

"Everything was perfect about this property. Location, cleanliness, comfort. We were stuck in the Dallas airport for two days and missed out on two days of our stay, but the place was still there and ready for us when we arrived. The area was very walkable and UBERs were plentiful. The only thing to be aware of is the weekend was a little noisy due to partying, but they were having fun...so what can you say. Thank you Stay Duvet."

"The property had easy access to everything within 10-20 minutes depending where you wanted to go. A lot of great restaurants all within walking distance. Communication with the owners was great. We didn’t have sheets for the pullout couch and they had someone drop them off immediately for us. Full kitchen and all towels. Only downfall was We did have to buy TP as only 2 rolls were there and you can hear everything outside. There isn’t a noise barrier to the sheet since it’s an older building so...
