"The property looked a bit ragged. The seating on the front patio was falling apart. The sofa was pretty dirty. No wine glasses or coffee starter kit. Dehumidifier was full of water and air filter device was not working. The beds were comfortable and the location was good for us - very close to Hampton Park and a few cute coffee shops. The neighborhood was quiet and safe."
