The apartment was clean but had a strong, strange odor (mostly reminiscent of paint). The kitchen was very well equipped which we enjoyed. The 'master' room had plenty of space for a pack-and-play but the second bedroom did not, which matters when two families are traveling with infants/toddlers.Very close to park circle so it's easy and quick to get around the area.Be mindful, there is another apartment above you! Anyone walking up there will be heard loud and clear.Overall, it was a decent place to stay.

Property as advertised.
Location was convenient and safe. Management was quick with every communication. I have actually never received better communications from any rental experience. Unit is very clean and has basic amenities. Only salt and pepper so bring your spices if you are planning to cook. They do provide soap, shampoo, dish washer liquid and pods which is a nice touch. You can hear every step and every toilet flush from upstairs. We used white noise at night to drown it out. We would stay here again but request a second floor.

Perfect for a quick girl’s trip
Overall we loved this property! The neighborhood felt safe and nice. The property was clean, although many of the walls were scuffed up a bit upon arrival. Other reviews mention being able to hear the noise from the upstairs unit which you definitely do. It was only occasionally and never at odd hours. Not the management company’s fault, just something to be aware of. My only complaints which are minor would be to have a couple throw blankets in the bedrooms or living room for people that like to relax and sleep at different temps. Also, check out instructions ask you start the dishwasher before you leave which we did using pod soap under the sink labeled dish soap. There wasn’t anything labeled dishwasher specifically but we apparently used the wrong one because the dishwasher started leaking. The host responded to this (and other inquiries) quickly and kindly! They told us not to worry about the leak so it didn’t delay our check out, we just felt bad that we used the wrong soap. We had a great experience, it was cute and clean! We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful neighborhood
Pros: communication was great. The property was spotless. It was a wonderful neighborhood with a park. Easy to get to airport and historic district from the house by car or Uber.
Cons: The noise from the people walking around in the unit above this one. We could hear the kids crying and them walking around. It sounded like a herd of elephants.
Parking was an issue because one of the renters took up 2 spaces even though it says to only use one.
The closet light in the back bedroom kept turning on and off all night even though we didn’t use the closet. This kept waking us up.

Cute decor - super easy check in/out
I would rate this property a 4.5 but since that isn’t an option, I went with a 4. For 2 reasons: 1: while the property was clean, it didn’t smell clean. 2: no washer/dryer. I could’ve missed that part in the listing, however it was disappointing to not have that amenity. Otherwise, it’s a nice place.

Awesome Stay at Park Circle
The property was clean and looked just like it did in the photos. We were very impressed with the amenities. Me and my family love to cook and it was a pleasurable experience with all the cookware and flat top stove. The only thing it was missing was a washer and a dryer. Other than that we were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

Cute decor, simple. Clean bathroom with a good shower. Some great restaurants in walking distance. Short drive to downtown and several breweries. We would stay here again.
