"Starting from the beginning, Thomas is very responsive from the get go, also provided great instructions for access. The studio has a vibe and personality that really helped me relax, and I felt completely at home. It was sparkling clean exactly the way I keep my home space, and my favorite Chinese restaurant Mandarin House is around the corner, as is Windansea, the prettiest beach in San Diego. I stayed three nights mostly binge watching movies, and it was the perfect vacation for decompressing...

"This place is a hidden gem in PB! The location couldn’t be better less than a 10-minute walk to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. The studio is perfect for a couple, beautifully decorated, spacious, vibey, and spotless. Truly no complaints this will definitely be our go-to spot in Pacific Beach!"

"Walking distance to beach. Easy navigation on foot or by car to shopping. Quiet the majority of time. I had everything I needed to cook if I wanted or just heat up food. It was just perfect and I hope to come back. "

"The walk to the beach everyday was awesome! We didn't have to worry about driving or parking, it was all in a walkable distance. There are plenty of choices for eating, relaxing, and entertainment. Of all the places we ate, our favorite was the Duck Dive. They had the best Black & Bleu Steak Salad and Steak and Lobster Tail!! I highly recommend eating here."
