Check in through Expedia was overly complex and took way too much time. 1 hr early check in and 1 hr late check out both denied due to cleaner schedule—not a catastrophe but also not ideal. Rooms have small in-wall heaters with separate manual thermostats for each. On a cold night, we had issues with thermostats set to 64 running and running until we got very hot in the middle of the night and needed to crack windows and turn all...

"The whole unit was very clean and appreciate all the amenities, shared living room area, fridge, and the toiletries that were provided. Great time spending my trip here, thank you! Host was very responsive and helpful. The bus was right across the street & helpful. If you do rent a car , street parking is hard to find unless you get lucky. But other than that, I really had a great experience at Harry Potter Suites! "

"This place is in a beautiful area and easy to get around. It was very clean and cute. I loved waking up and looking at the forestry area across the street. Communication is top notch! I did have issues with the stairs, but that not their issue. I would recommend that if you are not a couple you get seperate rooms. Even then, it is cheaper than a hotel. I would stay there again! "
