"Very clean, quiet. I would have given it a 5 star.However the front desk gal was not very friendly. I made a mistake on my reservation as I was in the middle of selling my home and I had a lot of my mind. I'm mistakenly showed up the day after the first day of my reservation. It was already paid for but I had missed the first night. I understand the policy is to not keep a room even if it's paid for, however since port Orchard isn't exactly a hopping place.I would have assumed they would have...
"We had a very nice stay. A simple facility where everything was clean. The front staff was particular friendly and accommodating making us feel very welcome. Breakfast was fairly basic but still offered a good variety. We would definitely use it again when we visiting Bainbridge in the future.
The only disappointment was that the pool no longer existed. The property description on the website was not up to date prior to our departure. Only a minor disappointment for the kids."

"Meanest hotel stay ever. Thin towels, one robe, 10% left on the toilet tissue that was also cheap and thin. Warm not hot water. Surely receptionist and breakfast not as advertised [picture of cooked breakfast] was lobby coffee, buns, fruit. No butter. One english tea sachet in room. Paper or plastic plates and cups. Plastic is not eco friendly.
Upside, the room was spottlessly clean. Very expensive for cheap [as in quality) accomodation. "
