"I’ve been going to the south hams for decades and we were visiting family for a long weekend. We decided to stay at stancombe farm as we wanted the flexibility of eating in and out. Our accomodation was really well equipped and we cooked a few times and had everything we needed. Microwave, Nespresso, dishwasher. The cupboards had all the little items you often need salt, pepper, vinegar. Location wise just above Chillington. A real credit to the owner. We will be back."

"Great location right on the edge of the river, Kingsbridge is well positioned to visit the local area. Property is well maintained and equipped with everything you need. Just be aware the pub next can get busy at times. Overall great experience and accomodating host."

"The property was bright and well designed. Very comfortable mattress and bed linen. 5 minute walk to the sea. Plenty of shared outdoor space. The bedrooms lead from one into to the other which was fine for us as a couple but wouldn’t suit everyone. The thermostat on the shower was a bit erratic but hopefully mended by now."
