"Lovely setting and views from the hotel public areas and our room. Quiet and peaceful. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Room spacious , clean and comfortable. Breakfast was self serve offering a good choice of hot & continental. Swimming pool was closed whilst we were there unfortunately but hot tub jacuzzi and sauna were open and available along with other Spa facilities. Would definitely stay again."
"Beautiful place, beautiful room and amazing food. I was a little bit disappointed that breakfast has now become a buffet for the "continental" part of it, even drinks are self serve. When we were there before it was all traditional table service and felt a bit nicer. It was still a great breakfast I would just prefer the old way!

"This place suited my needs perfectly, it had ample parking and was within a 5 minute walk of the harbour. The owner was lovely and the rooms were beautiful and the breakfast was delicious. I also liked that there were sitting rooms downstairs, a large garden and summer house for guests to use. I will definitely be going back. "

Room needs a bit of TLC - walls were dirty and in need of repainting in places, window latches were broken,some cushions on the beds were stained, breakfast was cold on our second morning - but overall we loved our stay. The staff were all helpful and friendly, Parking was easy enough at a cost of £10 for 24 hours. It’s a pub so expect noise in the evenings until late.
