It has a patio within the complex but no view although there is a communal bench outside with a lovely estuary view which we used frequently. It only has electric storage heaters which were impossible to work out hence the house was cold at times. "What a beautiful apartment with amazing views and a balcony, well equipped spotless and comfortable, my only slight complaint was that the car parking facility which we required wasnt clear until we got there, not having been to Dartmouth before , we could only unload at the property which then were steps down to the apartment, we had to park down in the town in the Mayors avenue car park then we didnt realise we needed the permit that was back in the apartment, so we had to drive back up to...

"The property itself okay, but unclean. The bedding was clean, but the carpeted areas and soft furnishings were not. Crumbs on the sofa and visibly dirty dusty carpet, the mattress was deeply stained brown and filled with crumbs and food waste under it. Has some cute features throughout , however, the biggest issue with this property is the incredibly vile smell of drainage or sewage that permeates in the living room. You cannot be in that room without the windows open and spraying air...
