"Wonderful hotel, great condition. Our room had stunning views and the staff were superb (especially Dan). Slight disappointment that they ran out of GF breakfast options on day 2, even tho we'd had on day one and they knew we were staying 2 nights, but this was recovered well."

"The young girl who was on reception when I arrived on Thursday and on Friday morning was amazing. She was so helpful and went over and beyond what would be expected. "Where do I start when I arrived? I was greeted by Annette and Jade. They had to deliver me the bad news that I left my passport and credit card at the previous hotel in Bournemouth. They were absolutely lovely called the previous Hotel to say that I would be back the next day. The hotel is incredible sitting right on the water with spectacular views. Parking was very easy.
