"At check-in (after 11:00 PM), the front desk agent initially told me to inquire about a late check-out in the morning. However, moments later, while delivering my bags to my room, the same employee assured me it would be doable. Since it was late, I decided to wait and confirm it at the front desk the next morning. Early the next day, to my surprise, the agent on duty flatly denied my request, claiming the hotel does not offer late check-outs at all. Although he admitted my room was not booked...

"Very good breakfast, well worth the price and convenience since there are no breakfast places in the area. The staff is very friendly and service is great. Room was cleaned daily as requested but surfaces could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Overall, a pleasant experience."
