We would like to welcome you to our little slice of Paradise! We have been hosting guests in this condo since 2016. We are new to VRBO but we have 240+ 5 star reviews on the other major platform.

This 1-bedroom condo is just steps from Kamaole 1 beach. The condo is on the 6th floor so it has unobstructed views of the Pacific. It is incredible to sit on the lanai every morning for coffee and watch the world wake up. Kamaole #1 is steps away but if you are more of a pool person, we have that as well.

The Kamaole Beach Royale is HOTEL ZONED and not effected by the recent proposed legislation.

Our condo is on the 6th floor with only Penthouses above us. From our condo, you can sit on the lanai and watch whales breach during migration or watch the sun set. There’s always seems to be a steady breeze off the ocean that drifts through our unit. It’s walking distance to shops and restaurants so there’s never a shortage of things to do. The roof top deck is great for meeting others, enjoying the 180-degree view of the ocean and making dinner on the communal BBQ’s.

The building itself has many desirable features. It is concrete; noise from adjacent units is inaudible unlike in wooden buildings. The neighboring low-rise structure that separates it from the street does not obstruct the view, but it blocks road noise and provides privacy
