"We've stayed at Kihei Bay Vista for the last 6 yrs and the location is perfect for us. Vlads condo is one of the nicest in the development! The corner unit gives the best view of the water and his decorating makes for a very pleasant atmosphere! The two air conditioning units make for a very comfortable setting. The condo is equipped with everything you will need for a great stay! "

"Overall, our stay was good. We did have a couple of issues while there. First of all, the dryer was not working, but a couple of phone calls got a maintenance technician out to repair it. While there he also replaced the refrigerator light bulb which blew on day 2. He didn't have the correct bulb, but used a substitute which was considerably dimmer, but worked. The last issue was a lack of any kind of mixing and/or serving bowls. We made do with baking pans, etc., but still, no bowls? "

"The beach was just across the street. Food and shopping near by was great. The complex was quiet and clean room. Had a great time, next in Maui will have to stay again. It was perfect! "

"That lace was nice we just had one issue. The place was not clean prior to our arrival but the host and cleaner rectified the issue.. the host aid for our breakfast the next morning while they came and cleaned. Great location!!! "

"Thus unit was fully stocked with everything a visitor would need. They had beach chairs, towels and an ice chest for a day at the beach. The kitchen was immaculate and had all that you would need to cook any meal. The area was quiet, well maintained and close to Charlie Young Beach. I highly recommend this unit."

"The location and general condo ammenities were great. We loved walking arcross the street for sunset and appreciated the pool, bbq areas, and the layout of the complex (e.g., lots of green space and landscaping)."
