"We had a great stay here! Location was fantastic - right on the beach, and very walkable to restaurants. Quiet and calm. Dino was extremely responsive and a joy to communicate with. The beach chairs, umbrellas and towels were especially wonderful!! Would highly recommend the stay. "

"We had an amazing time! This location is perfect between Clearwater and St.Pete so it is great for day trips. One of our favorite things was the included pool after a hot day at the beach! Although the parking was a little tight for our mini van we made it work. We walked to the bakery and ice cream shop almost every day and there are multiple shops and restaurants in walking radius. Overall I highly recommend this rental!"

"If you are looking for a place to stay while visiting the Clearwater or St. Petersburg area, this is a good choice for value and well appointed unit. The host answered all our questions during the visit.Pluses:- Value- Great host- Roominess- Well-appointed (such as washer and dryer, and kitchen)Minuses:- 10-17 minutes drive to the beaches in Clearwater- The unit is on the third floor and does not have an elevator"

"The space was perfect for our family. The girls, ages 10 and 12 had never been to the beach. They loved the ocean and the beach cottage. The hosts were incredible to work with, allowing a later departure and help with accessing the property. "

"I think the only thing that we went without in the condo was aluminum foil and Saran wrap otherwise it was very well stocked. Not sure why the laundry room had kind of an odor it was very clean. What is great to have access to a swimming pool. Seem like there was plenty of parking. Would definitely recommend staying there."

"Unit was spotless, well appointed abd had everything we needed for a great stay. Loved sitting on the balcony watching the boats and birds and fish in the intracoastal.Peaceful and serene. Our only issue was that we are old -81 and 78 - and the 27 steps to the unit were difficult. Not a problem with the place itself, only for us oldsters! Would highly recommend this location!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in Ybor City. We were walking distance to everything and centrally located in Tampa for car travel. We ran into some issues relocating our daughter and needed to extend our stay. Jimmy, the owner, helped us with suggestions and was very responsive to our needs. Highly recommend the condo and Jimmy for anyone interested in staying in Ybor City."

"Great place for families. Full kitchen, 2.5 bath. Laundry services daily if needed & also has washer/dryer. Walking distance to most food & shopping. Be on the beach in 2 minute walk!Suggestions:More dishes & bigger bowls & pans, pizza cutter. Other than that it was great! "
