Resort Fee: $40 per day (plus tax), collected at check-in (not included).
Valet Parking: $48 daily (plus tax) if on-site parking is required (not included).
Check-In: 4:00 PM. No early check-in requests, please; if available, it will be offered the morning of arrival for a $50 fee.
Management: This unit is privately managed. Marriott staff cannot assist with cleaning, repairs, or extra linens. Please message us directly!

We strongly urge you to purchase "Cancel For Any Reason" (CFAR) travel insurance through a 3rd party to protect your stay. Date changes are not guaranteed; if allowed, they are subject to a $50 fee plus any rate differences.

To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, this property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. This policy applies to the entire interior of the unit, the balcony, and all common areas within the community. Special Events: Occasionally, the Marriott hosts special events during which certain amenities (the pool area, restaurants, or portions of the private beach) may be unavailable for several hours. No guest compensation will be awarded for these interruptions.
Payment: If another party is making a payment, you MUST add their email to the booking. Only the payer is authorized to e-sign the required Rental Agreement.
Requirements: Minimum age to book is 25. Under ADA/FL law, only documented service animals are permitted (ESAs are not required to be accommodated).
