"This is the perfect spot in Downtown Louisville. It's close to everything. You can walk to any location. The free parking that you have access to is a big bonus. Owner is easy to communicate with and provides detailed instructions for how to access everything. We will be staying again."

"It is a clean place indoors. I would have liked having a side table next to the sofa, with a lamp so that I could read. We could only watch regular TV programming, streaming wasn't available to us. The building is old and it shows on the exterior. All that being said, the price was good for a place to land before we headed home. The hosts were friendly and welcoming in their notes about the area."

"This truly is the “Jewell” of Broadway. Incredible interiors, awesome views and extremely comfy! The bed was amazing and the unit had everything we could’ve needed…we will definitely return! One small thing was we had a hard time locating the door to get in. And once we did find it, it was a little hard to find the right unit. Thankfully there’s a great door mat with the branding on it that I remembered."

"Condo was exactly like the listing, entire condo was brand new, all brand new appliances. There are condos under construction near by, but there were no issues. We had a few questions for Blake, and he answered us immediately, great service.We will stay here again"
