"Cutest little cottage, the kids loved it. It was a great family getaway weekend We would definitely go back."

"We had a short weekend stay. It was very nice."

"Great little spot in a quiet neighborhood! Very clean! My dog and I enjoyed our time here while we were in town"

"We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the property and, the amenities provided"

"Cute little place! It was perfect for my needs while visiting. Would stay again!"

"This place is spotless, well-furnished and a very pleasant place to stay. We did have problems with the temperature inside the house at night. The thermostat looked high-tech and maybe was being controlled by the hosts phone. We could not control the temperature and the last night the thermostat was set on 80 degrees. Other than that, we loved the place."

"My daughters loved the Taylor Swift theme and it was in a quiet safe area"

"Nice place, Very clean, well equipped, Would definitely stay again. thx Jordan"

"Nice, clean and comfortable."

"The house was very clean and comfortable. The host responded fast to all of our questions promptly. Would highly recommend this property"

"The hardwood floors were extremely dirty. Otherwise, the house was very nicely kept and updated. The description needs to be updated to correct an online error that says 4 - bedroom. It is truly only 3 bedroom. The location was nice and convenient. The upstairs tenants were loud and disruptive at bedtime. Maybe add some noise insulation between the upper and lower units. Overall, we were well satisfied."

"Charming property with a lovely deck. Interior beautifully decorated with a bourbon theme. Ample off street parking. Quiet dead end road. Very comfortable bed in main bedroom."

"I can't say enough great things about Frank's Bird house!! It was perfect for my husband and I and a family gathering. Plenty of room, the place was immaculate clean and just stunning. Our nieces and nephew loved the downstairs area with the pool table and theater system for some movies with the family! Saw lightning bugs and deer. We have a disabled family member and the top floor worked perfect with a covered porch on the front and beautiful views from 2 back balconies with sliding glass...

"Walking into the main room was jaw dropping to see the scene outside the large windows. The master bedroom and bath was incredibly spacious. The rest of my family (5 adults and 11 children) were very comfortable in their bedrooms. The kitchen was easy to work in and well stocked. The area of Somerset was most enjoyable to explore. We rented pontoon boats on one day and that was a big hit. We enjoyed the Pulaski County park as well."

"The house was perfect for our family weekend visit at Lake Cumberland and is exactly as pictured. It had everything we needed. The property is well maintained and very clean. The 5 minute drive to Burnside Marina was very convenient. There are a couple of good restaurants within walking distance. The host responded quickly when we had questions."

"Jordan was a great host and very patient with us. The communication was awesome and the house was beautiful with a great view of the lake."
