"I originally needed a trip Oct. 2023. Due to unfortunate circumstances, We had to move our dates. I called Wayne and he immediately pushed our dates out. I needed early check-in as our arrival time was early morning and their check-in was 4:00 pm. I called the night before, he charged me the early check-in fee and done.
