"Very nice location in Covington. Very nice house, clean, nice kitchen. The rooftop is a great place to hangout, especially at night where you have a fantastic view of downtown Cincinnati. Everyone enjoyed their rooms and the house experience."

"We ran into a couple concerns and we received immediate responses. We felt very comfortable and there were so many things in the home we didn’t know about that we didn’t bring that were so helpful. The price was so inexpensive we weren’t expecting much and were blown away by the cleanliness and comfort of everything was well as the quality. As a growing family on a budget, I have to stay there aren’t enough affordable and overall excellent properties out there. We will definitely be back to...

"Amazing place to stay. Clean, quiet, and relaxing. Just what we were looking for in a place to stay. We quickly felt at home and enjoyed our stay. The host sent the check-in information the day before and left snacks to welcome us. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and hot water all worked well. Had a full kitchen to make meals to save money on eating out. Super close to Mammoth Cave. Everything I expect a vacation home to be. The host did a very good job!"

"I love how this host has a lot of little extras that you would normally need to bring or purchase. Water, snacks, First aide kit, sun screen, sewing kit, spices, cooking oil… and the list goes on. Lovely host and home. When I come back to this area, I will definitely stay here again. I also love how it’s outside of Bowling Green so it was very peaceful yet close enough to everything we needed and wanted to do. We had everything we needed here and then some."

"The place was perfect for getting 16 members of our family together with some local friends to celebrate my mother’s life. The space was great for allowing large groups to gather both inside and out. The lake views were fantastic and the game room was an added bonus. I would definitely recommend Dave’s property for any and all large groups. "
