"The hotel was nice and clean. Staff are very friendly. Mrs. Sharon and James definitely makes you feel special. They made sure we knew what food places to try, where to go for excitement. Mrs. Sharon went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable our entire stay there. The valet parking staff are also nice. The only thing we didn’t get to experience was the food because they didn’t have a cook or DJ while we were there. Rooms were clean and if we needed anything the staff would bring it....
"The employees Ms Bishop and Maria were perfect, well trained and their skills were suitable to new chalenges. They were fantastic.
All the resources of room were cleam and according Comfort Inn pattern and well maintained and the only thing to improve is tge breakfast, i have booked 2 nights and had no bacon."
"The hotel was very nice and employees very helpful - even if they didn't all speak english. I wish there had been a net by the pool since there were aome debris and dead bugs. And the hotel restaurant had an extremely limited menu (which did not match the online menu by the way). But overall i give it 5 stars and would definitely stay here again."

"I stayed at this hotel because I arrived very late at the New Orleans airport and decided to stay there for just one night, so that I could arrive at my destination and the conference I was attending during the day. I paid the rate and they asked me to pay for a security deposit, saying that the amount would be refunded shortly after. I made all the payments but the amount was never refunded. When I contacted the hotel, they said that the card was blocked for this type of procedure and that they...

When I contacted the hotel, they said that the card was blocked for this type of procedure and that they could not refund the amount. What surprises me is that my bank says that there are no restrictions on my card and that the hotel I stayed at later refunded the deposit amount normally. I don´t feel confortable with this situation. I´ve sent them some emails and there is no answer or any solution for this. "
