"The room was clean but had wear and tear. The toilet handle had to be held down to fully flush. The walls and ceiling had a lot of dings and dents! We were in room 104 on the ground floor and could hear the people above us. The breakfast was hot and okay. However, the attendant did not keep it fully stocked. "The 1st room that we were given the door security latch was broken and the TV didn't work. They moved us to a different room. The 2nd room wasn't any better. The table lamp by the bed didn't work, bad outlet. The shower curtain was almost falling off the walls.Then the worst thing was that the deadbolt wouldn't even engage into the lock! Then to top it off we were greeted with police in the hallway. People in the room across the hall thought there was a camera in the bathroom mirror!"

"I didn't even get to stay there and I told Expedia one of my money back because I got there early and they let me check in early and when the manager came in at 11:00 I got to straighten out with her but then that owner come in and she was super rude and at 9:00 when I come back from the grocery store she told me I couldn't get a room key and I needed to pay for another day and called the Topeka Police and the escorted me off the property Total disappointment still waiting on my refund from...

"Hotel sem manutenção. Quarto com carpete sujo e cheirando mal. Não tinha toalhas, tive de descer para pedir. A mesma pessoa que estava na recepção na chegada, era a mesma que passava pano no chão do corredor do hotel. O café da manhã era só um café puro num ambiente escuro e sujo. "My credit card was charged despite prepaying. In reviewing the folio emailed to me after checkout, they charged taxes which were already paid and documented as such on my initial booking receipt. There were no incidentals charged to the room, just a billing error on their part.
