"The room was clean but had wear and tear. The toilet handle had to be held down to fully flush. The walls and ceiling had a lot of dings and dents! We were in room 104 on the ground floor and could hear the people above us. The breakfast was hot and okay. However, the attendant did not keep it fully stocked. Several items had run out an hour after breakfast had started. I will say there was a variety of breakfast foods. The bed was very comfortable and the A/C worked great! We would...

"Breakfast was less than average and very expensive for counter service. Don't call it granola if all you do is break up a commercial granola bar. Oatmeal was poorly cooked and unexplainably expensive. Shower, on the other hand, was outstanding, but hallway inside room is too narrow to bring the luggage cart in. Also lighting in bathroom and sleep area is very weak and not useful. "

"The 1st room that we were given the door security latch was broken and the TV didn't work. They moved us to a different room. The 2nd room wasn't any better. The table lamp by the bed didn't work, bad outlet. The shower curtain was almost falling off the walls.Then the worst thing was that the deadbolt wouldn't even engage into the lock! Then to top it off we were greeted with police in the hallway. People in the room across the hall thought there was a camera in the bathroom mirror!"

"The front desk clerk spends a ton of time apologizing. She was very helpful with things she should not have to deal with. The sheet had what looked like blood that didn't come out in the wash. It should have been incredibly easy for the housekeeper to see as it was right at the top of the bed next to where the pillows were. There was no soap by the sink. The pancake mix was gone, when we asked for more the guy took the container out and slowly drained one serving into the cup and didn't bring...

"I didn't even get to stay there and I told Expedia one of my money back because I got there early and they let me check in early and when the manager came in at 11:00 I got to straighten out with her but then that owner come in and she was super rude and at 9:00 when I come back from the grocery store she told me I couldn't get a room key and I needed to pay for another day and called the Topeka Police and the escorted me off the property Total disappointment still waiting on my refund from...

"Hotel sem manutenção. Quarto com carpete sujo e cheirando mal. Não tinha toalhas, tive de descer para pedir. A mesma pessoa que estava na recepção na chegada, era a mesma que passava pano no chão do corredor do hotel. O café da manhã era só um café puro num ambiente escuro e sujo. Acho que não ficarei num hotel desta rede."

"Great place!! We stayed there going to our rocket event AND on the way home too!! The people we encountered were so very nice. Rick B the night guy and Ester the morning lady!! The beds were comfortable and the room clean! There was a frig and microwave too!! Reasonable price as well. We will stay there again when going thru Topeka! "
