"Very relaxing and enjoyable ryokan experience. They have a private onsen that you can reserve so you can stay with your partner. The staff was great, especially Su, that helped me call my old hotel to see if they had found my lost wallet. Also she was super supportive and nice. "

"Staff were very kind and informative. At check in, they sat me down & explained everything about the hotel. My room had the most incredible view of Hakone. The hotel was very clean. The bath house was very nice. There was also a neat little lounge room with records and such as well as a foot bath on the first floor. I did not take advantage of these things during my stay but still very nice features! The free breakfast was decent, mostly bread items. I don’t really have any complaints."

"Highly recommend splurging for the upgraded room with the open-air hot spring bath and full kaiseki dinner. It is a big step up from the standard room and absolutely worth it. The private hot spring on the balcony is incredible, especially after a long day of exploring or hiking. Dinner service was excellent — the young lady who served me was polite, professional, and very accommodating despite the language difference. "What a great hotel/rycon. I wanted to experience a traditional Japanese inn. This is it. From my arrival to leaving the staff did a wonderful job making me comfortable and welcome. Kiseke dinner was notable with six courses or more of Japanese meals. Service was as good as it gets best I’ve ever had. Onsen is notable as well. There are indoor and out door baths. My room was special- very large and spacious no shoes worn in the rooms a wonderful sitting area overlooking lake ashi and best of all...

"O hotel foi um pouco difícil deschar, pois o pessoal da estação ferroviária não conhecia e o nome do jotel na entrada está em japonês. Sair da estação seguindo uns 50 metros o sentido da linha que chegou. Na passagem para pedestres da linha do trem, dobrar à esquerda depois dobrar na primeira rua à direita. A entrada é um estacionamento. A comida é excelente, assim como o atendimento e fica localizado em um local muito agradável, cercado de verde."
