"Great room, good and clean. Great decor and would certainly visit again. (Too good to say a "stay" as host so personable and friendly). Self check in as such, but only because of our travel time varied, would have been met by owners. Great hosts, giving good local advice and hints and tips, could not do enough to help us a new to the area. Bed very comfortable and certainly a warm room. We felt really at home here. Rooms were done really well, really friendly, helpful staff, great breakfast options (included), and although we didn’t spend too much time in the bar, it was a decent pub. "Fabulous stay - loved it! Breakfast hamper was absolutely wonderful, though we couldn’t eat it all. Plenty of parking. Key code entry gives more flexibility as to arrival times, which suited us as we were spending the day and having dinner with friends so didn’t arrive till late. Brilliant one night break, will return without a doubt, and have already recommended to friends."

"We had no good experience. Reception staff would be extremely rude. Elevator only for luggage and it was broken, the front desk clerk ordered my husband to carry the luggage on the stairs. Small room. Bathroom stall extremely small. They charged £ 10 for a late check out at 1 pm (even with all the bad service and the elevator issue). This hotel should never be rated 4 stars at most 3 stars! We regret choosing this hotel! And the breakfast with very few options!"
