"What a great hotel. Beautiful place with a great staff. We were on a business trip and loved staying there for the night. It was the best hotel we stayed in Europe so far!"

"Great location and facilities."

"Everything was perfect and it’s close to town"

"Schönes großes Zimmer und Bad. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Großer Parkplatz. Nicht viel in der Umgebung fußläufig zu erreichen."

"Hotel muito bom, bom cafe da manha e bem localizado."

"Friendly and helpful staff , close to the city centre , walkong distance"

"Clean room, but needs modernisation. Shower cubicle very small. Waited two hours for a replacement duvet to be brought to the room."

"Hotel super charmoso com boa localização, funcionários educados e excelente bar no térreo. Quarto confortável e banheiro super limpo."

"We had no good experience. Reception staff would be extremely rude. Elevator only for luggage and it was broken, the front desk clerk ordered my husband to carry the luggage on the stairs. Small room. Bathroom stall extremely small. They charged £ 10 for a late check out at 1 pm (even with all the bad service and the elevator issue). This hotel should never be rated 4 stars at most 3 stars! We regret choosing this hotel! And the breakfast with very few options!"

"Our room was setup nicely. The staff was very helpful especially the bar staff Tom O went above and beyond. The spa was amazing and Sam was very professional and great with her skillful massage techniques. Loved the location, the river view and the hotel."

"Never really write reviews but maybe that goes some way to show how impressed I was. Staff feel as though they care about the place and in a world where customer service in hospitality is struggling it was so refreshing. Will definitely be back next time I have to stay in the area. Food was excellent for the price point."

"Ok place to stay"

"We are frequent travellers and quite simply you get what you pay for.The price for this particular stay was very reasonable but a fundamental aspect of staying in an hotel is to hopefully get a good nights sleep which was not possible on this occasion as the rooms in the hotels annexe have ridiculously noisy floorboards coupled with the fact that increasingly the lack of consideration shown by some hotels guests is definitely getting worse which of course the hotel can do very little about.Nice...
