"Jane and Ged were fantastic: so friendly and welcoming, and the place is lovely. We stayed in the top floor room with the air conditioning due to the heat, and slept comfortably despite the hot weather. The bathroom was a little snug for my broad shoulders, but still fine. No breakfast Nov-May so can't comment on that, but they gave us some suggestions for other places to eat, which were all fantastic. "Such a lovely hotel , amazing view of the river , was given a upgrade wow it was a 2 bedroom apartment floor to ceiling window in lounge to relax and watch the boats sail by what more could we ask for . The food was all delicious, we had breakfast , lunch and dinner , staff were all very friendly . The hydropool in spa was relaxing everywhere was clean . There were a couple of niggles in the room , the bed was making creaking noises every movement which was a bit annoying so maybe the bedstead...

"Heather was welcoming and friendly. Room was very comfortable and mine had a separate bathroom for sole use. Parking space on the drive. Property located on busy road. Tasty full English Breakfast. Local pub opposite serving food and drinks. Location great for New Forest access. "

"The rooms are set within the working family farm and made for a wonderful stay. I could have watched the goats and cows all day long. The room and bathroom were immaculate, our host was most friendly and the breakfast homemade with local produce. We had a brilliant time. Both the homemade yogurt pots with homegrown berries and fry up were delightful. Thank you so much for making our stay fantastic. "
