"We don’t typically leave reviews, but since we rely on them when booking, we wanted to share a few observations to help future guests know what to expect.The poolhouse is modern, stylish, and thoughtfully decorated. There are a few practical details worth noting. Both the upstairs loft bedroom and downstairs have many windows with light-filtering shades. While beautiful during the day, the primary bedroom stays quite bright at night due to exterior patio lighting from the main house and nearby...

"The condo was well kept and had plenty of everything needed. We had a small issue with connecting to wifi (user error) and the host was immediately available to rectify the issue, even on a Friday night. I highly recommend this host and condo! "

"Seascapes was a penthouse ocean view villa! We had a grand time… 3 bed, 3 bath was perfect for us! The patio was relaxing with an incredible view of the ocean. Great communication with Carrol Realty. They were helpful with our late checkout. Be prepared to clean up the condo before leaving (condo rules). Little amenities would have been appreciated. Games and books were salable. A great retreat!!! "

The "front row" to the amazing beach views and access, the location within the Heron Park community and convenient access to the Nest Marketplace and activities, and the condition and amenities of this property make this a 10 out of 10! A friendly piece of advice, you get what you pay for...there are less expensive properties, but for all of the value that...

"Absolutely stunning views of the ocean from the balcony and inside the condo. Very clean and easy to access management when needed. There isn’t beach access from the building (which seems out of their control) but it is about a short five minute walk to access the beach. Definitely would recommend and come back again."
