The Space:
We are thrilled to announce that this unit is now equipped with state-of-the-art Dyson hair dryers. Whether you’re preparing for a day of exploration or an evening out, enjoy the convenience and sophistication of a salon-quality hairdryer right in the comfort of your unit. It’s just one of the many ways we’re elevating your experience with CHC Vacation Rentals.
This rental is a two story villa and an incredibly serene and relaxing space.
On the first floor there is a small kitchenette, bistro table that seats 2, luxurious living space with pull out sleeper sofa, and half bath. The kitchenette includes a full size fridge, toaster oven, microwave, pots & pans, dinnerware, basic cooks tools, and induction cooktop. Please note there is no traditional oven or dishwasher.
Sleep comfortably in the king size bed upstairs and enjoy the peaceful natural light that beams through the windows surrounding the entire second floor.
Guest Access:
Guests have the entire rental to themselves. The courtyard and heated pool are shared.
The Neighborhood:
The property is located in the Cannonborough Elliotborough neighborhood of Downtown Charleston, which is considered the most upcoming area on the peninsula. The neighborhood is perfect for a couple or a group who is looking to fully embrace Charleston's unique charm. Step right outside your door and find a wonderfully curated mix of shops, bars, bakeries, and dining. We recommend grabbing a coffee at Island Provisions before exploring King Street, Charleston's ultimate epicenter of shops and restaurants, which is just one short block from the property. Our guests have a wide selection of walkable dinner options, some of our favorites include Chez Nous, Chubby Fish, Bistronomy by Nico, and Vern's. Come experience all that our beautiful city has to offer!
Getting Around:
Charleston is a walking city! Uber is widely available. If guests do have a car, we provide ONE (1) off-street parking space. We suggest to bring an economy size vehicle to help with getting around Charleston's narrow downtown streets.
Other Things to Note:
• Please note our strict cancellation policy - All Cancellations eligible for refund are subject to pay credit card processing fee of 3.1% x2
• Wifi and Roku streaming device available (no standard cable)
• Free Tesla and EV charger located on property in dedicated charging space for guest use only
• Please be considerate of our surrounding neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM
• 1 off-street parking space provided at no additional cost
• No smoking within 30 feet of the property. Violating this rule may result in fines.
• Check in is at 4 PM, Check out is at 11 AM. Please consider these times when booking travel as we can not guarantee early check in's or late check out's.
