Oceanside villa "Cozumel" is a third floor villa at the ocean front resort "Villas San Miguel" with spectacular ocean views.

The villa has a full kitchen with all amenities plus a separate bedroom with a large private balcony overlooking the spectacular crystalline waters of the Mexican Caribbean. This villa has a very spacious interior (800 sq. ft.) with the bedroom opening onto the large ocean view balcony.

Villas San Miguel are traditional Mexican courtyard villas located directly on the ocean side walkway in Centro Isla Mujeres at Villas San Miguel....... (one of twelve separate villas and casitas surrounding a courtyard pool area along the seaside malecon)

We loved our stay at Villas San Miguel. The location is perfect - you’re on the edge of downtown but you’ve got quiet and ocean views, along with two pools and private parking. The staff there is incredibly kind and helpful! The villa also comes with coffee and sugar and packets of powdered creamer. My only (very small) complaint is just that there’s no shampoo/conditioner provided, only a bar of soap. I usually bring my own but this was the one time I forgot my toiletries bag, ha! We would absolutely come back and stay again, and recommend this to any friends who wanted to downtown!

Wonderful spot

Great accommodations. This is our 4th or 5th stay and it never disappoints. Communication is great and the team on site is very responsive. Cleaning every other day is perfect. The location is beautiful and it has everything we need to be comfortable.

Great location

Easy walk to everything (10 minutes to north beach, 2 minutes to the grocery store and right by many bars and restaurants)! Beautiful views to wake up to every morning. Kitchen was well stocked with basics, including coffee and water. We loved our time on the island and can’t wait to come back!

Great place!

This was our first time to Isla Mujeres, and I looked at a lot (a LOT) of places. I’m very glad we booked here- big king bed, fantastic views and location, and very clean (frequent housecleaning with new sheets/towels while we there as well!). We’d book “Cozumel” again for sure.

First Timers

Our first time staying on the island and Villas San Miguel was the perfect place for us to stay. Villa was so close to everything we wanted to do and see. Kitchen set up was great and supplied with everything you needed if you wanted to cook. We met several guests hanging out at the pools who stay there every year and love it. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Villas San Miguel is a happy place and we hope to be back soon!

Always a great stay

This is our 4th time staying at Villa San Miguel. We keep coming back because the staff is so friendly, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the locations is great! We will return again.

Nice little place

We got to the villa around 1:30 pm and there seemed to be some confusion that we were supposed to be there, the maid and her helper had to call someone to have talk to them and tell them my name, it was kinda strange but after that she said the room wasn’t ready so we waited and then about 45 min later she came down and apologized and said it was so we went upstairs if you are elderly or can’t do stairs I suggest not getting one of the ones on the upper floor we stayed in Cozumel, it’s decorated really cute has a great view and utensils etc, if you want to cook also has a large supply of drinking water which we appreciated, the only negatives I can say is that the bed is super super firm if you do not like a firm bed you will not like it if you do then you will love it ,it’s just around the corner from small grocery store and in walking distance to lots of places we even used the food delivery a few times beach towels were included but make sure u bring something to tote all your things to the beach I will probably stay here again picking a room with less stairs because even tho I’m younger after a long hot day I would be glad to see less of them lol and I also wish the bed was a little softer but overall a nice clean place and good location!

Wonderful stay!

My husband and I stayed on the third floor in the Cozumel room. The room was super clean and was exactly like the pictures online. The view from our room was amazing and you could hear the waves all day long. Being able to see the sunrise was spectacular. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed to make a meal… and a full-size refrigerator with a freezer so cold it froze some of our tequila lol. The staff on site was great; maintenance man and cleaning lady did a really good job. We did get help with figuring out our safe (a little tricky) and our toilet seat broke but they came and replaced it right away. There is no elevator so be prepared to walk up and down stairs… for us it was a great leg work out. The villas were in a great location and in walking distance to many restaurants, a grocery store, a church, pharmacies, a basketball court and it’s about a 10 minute walk to playa Norte. Overall this property is beautiful and would definitely stay here again! We absolutely loved our room! Thank you Villas San Miguel!

Anniversary Visit

This property is exactly as advertised except even better. We were so in love with the fact that we had an ocean view out of every single window. Even in June we could turn off the AC and open the windows to enjoy the sound and breeze from the Ocean. We would come back in a heartbeat. Only recommendation would be a better shower head to manage the low water pressure.

prior to booking seen all the great reviews and as a sceptic I am had to see for myself. Keith’s villa is amazing and in an amazing location. you can walk to all the nightlife, amazing restaurants and shops and also park your rented golf cart for free on site (highly recommend renting one for your whole trip!) we will be going back without question!!!

Wonderful Place.

This was our fourth trip to Isla Mujeres. Previously we stayed on Playa Norte and was looking for a change. The place is beautifully decorated and spotless. Towels, kitchen items were plentiful and in great condition. The mattress was hard, which we like, but some may not. Pool is small, but very refreshing and was never crowded. We were able to meet and chat with other renters, bonding over our love of Isla. There are a lot of steps, so if you have mobility issues this might be a problem. It is a wonderful property. We will definitely stay here again.

Fabulous once again!

Villas San Miguel is the perfect spot for us. Close to Centro and Playa Norte but far enough away to be quieter. The top floor condos have fantastic views in both directions. Sunrise/sunset. Sleep to the sound of gentle Caribbean waves. The place is always spotless. Thanks again Keith.

20 Year Wedding Anniversary

This was our first VRBO rental and we could not have been happier with the results. We kept looking around the island for a better place to stay and honestly could not have picked a better place for the price. Staff was great and the property manager was immediately responsive to any requests. Would definitely stay here again.

Island Life

Villas San Miguel is a magical oasis on Isla Mujeres. We are lulled to sleep each night to waves washing our the shore 40 feet from our patio. Looking East over the water you can see fiery sunrise from your balcony. From the front patio you can see the western shore of Isla and Cancun and watch sunset from this patio. With the well stocked kitchen you can cook in or bring home leftovers from many great restaurants feet from your door. You can walk to the beach or enjoy one of two pools. Valiant San Miguel

Location location location

The villas are really well located, right next to the grocery store, the bank and the lovely patios. It is a 5 minute walk from the ferry as well. The view from the balcony is gorgeous. We also very much enjoyed the small and refreshing pool. The kitchen is nicely stocked and the apartment itself cute and large. It was our second time staying and we highly recommend it.

Just Perfect

This is a wonderful property! Would stay again in any of the suites offered (10+). The staff were very accommodating to requests and helped with getting a golf cart and arranging activities. Everything is within walking distance; ferry to Cancun, the beach, restaurants, and there’s a grocery store next door. We stayed in an Oceanside suite with the sounds of waves breaking - a beautiful way to sleep by. Sunrise view each day and we were lucky to have a moonlit sky each night.
