"The property and the staff at icaco were absolutely amazing. One of the most relaxing vacations my wife and I have done. It was convenient, comfortable , and very well maintained. We watched the sunset from the pool deck and sunrise and sea turtles from our balcony. The girls which gave us massages were just as amazing. This was our 2nd trip to Isla and it has become one of our favorite destinations. We will be back and we will definitely stay at icaco again. Thanks for the great memories"

"It’s my second time staying here now with friends, we were celebrating our 40th birthdays.Hire Luis the chef! He’s food is AMAZING!!! Worth every penny! and Roxana, oh Roxana is there to pamper you as well, she is there serving you drinks, cleaning, prepping food , snacks and for pretty much anything you might need, everyone there is SO accommodating. The house is spectacular! I can’t say enough about it.We tried a new hotel before getting there but I was highly disappointed, nothing compares...

"We had a great time on the island and this property fit our family of 9 adults and 3 kids well. We did breakfast most mornings in the master suite and then lunches on the main floor. Being on the east side we had fantastic sunrises and a shaded pool in the evenings. The 3 kids used the pool every day and the adults cooled off as well. Many extra beach amenities were provided and the host was very responsive. "

"I stayed in this lovely home for 3 nights with 9 dear friends for my bachelorette party just before getting married in Playa del Carmen! We are a group of women in our 30s and loved relaxing at the house and exploring the nearby beaches and restaurants! We also loved cooking together at the house and truly appreciated the amazing hospitality of the host! The large screened in porch area outside the kitchen upstairs was a wonderful spot to spend time together!"

"The house was perfect for our group of 14. Easy to get to places but also fun to just hang out at the house. Rooms were all decent sized and comfortable. We ran into a couple minor issues but the property management was very responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely come back here."

"Beautiful home. Great location on southernmost point of island. We loved being able to walk to Punta Sur for views, vendor shopping and Nutella crepes. The views from the house are breathtaking. The pool was great and the kids loved using it. Mariana was super helpful with all of our needs, from arranging transportation to fixing any issues that came up. We would love to stay here again!"

"Excellent house for multiple families. Bedrooms are spread out and all have en suites. The house has a good common area for gathering as well as a large yard around the pool area. Victor and Ginny are excellent hosts and the house was kept clean and breakfast was excellent every morning. Highly recommend."

"We planned a trip to the island for our daughter's graduation celebration. 14 of us traveled and Miguel helped us set up shuttles from the airport, boat transportation to the house along with the return trip. He also assisted in getting golf carts delivered to the house before we arrived. These items sound small but they take significant stress out for the trip planner (me). The house was clean upon arrival and was cleaned again in the middle of our stay. It is a big house and the cleaning work...

"Stayed here for my 30th birthday party and we enjoyed the home very much! Great location and a FANTASTIC view. We had 11 people stay and we had plenty of space. There were blow-up mattresses there we set up in the living room for those who didn't want to share beds. The pool is perfect and the outdoor areas are very cool. Everyone who helps with the home helped us out while we stayed and they were awesome. Would definitely stay again!"
