"The photos of the house are great but still don’t do it justice! It’s stunning in person and one of the few properties with an actual backyard that isn’t just a deck. We thoroughly enjoyed the hut on the beach which had built in speakers and misters to keep us cool in the 115 degree heat. The private beach was well maintained and just a short walk back to the house. "Spent a birthday here with the girlfriends and a weekend was definitely not enough to explore all the nooks and crannies. It had a beautiful view of the desert that was unhindered by neighbors and a wonderful vintage kitchen. A must-stay!"

Owner has clearly been very thoughtful about things, including endless nice decorative touches and clear labels for all switches and remotes. We’ve stayed in many pricey rentals but this one deserves kudos for such attention to guest needs and enjoyment. Tip: stroll up the hill out back for a spectacular west-facing view across the entire lake (awesome sunset spot)"
