"We wanted a dark sky experience to see the stars and watch the meteor showers. This property was perfect. The photos are very accurate. What you see is what you get. The place is small, clean and relatively well stocked. Be sure to take supplies with you for food and drink. The bumpy, sandy, rocky road leading into the property is not something you want to do often and it is a fair distance from town. We cooked simple meals and enjoyed the marvelous outdoor space. "We had a lovely time. It was perfect for two people, wellequipped with everything we needed from beach towels to cookie sheets. The grounds are beautiful and pools very nice. We played some pool and ping pong in rec hall just across the street and walked on the trail. Thank you for a enjoyable stay."

"A quiet peaceful desert sanctuary. Close proximity to Joshua Tree NP and 1 1/2 hour drive to Big Bear Lake. Phenomenal sky views from the bench on the ridge summit. Host was very welcoming with a goodie basket on arrival and providing us with a guidebook for the area. Communication before and during the stay was excellent!"

"The cabin was a bit run down. The patio door would not lock. I had to spend half of my first day waiting for a repair man. The repair man was very nice and fixed it for the moment, but again my first day was ruined. I left a day early because I didn’t feel comfortable there. "
