"This was probably one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The room was filled with mosquitos. We needed additional pillows which they said would be to our room in 15 minutes. We had to follow up with the front desk 4 times and it took 2 hours for the pillows to finally come. Then to top it off the receptionist up front was SO RUDE and put a finger up to tell me to wait when I asked about the arcade door being locked and our key card not working to unlock it. Never ever staying here again...

"This was a very large comfortable room with a huge tub and separate shower area. Loved having a back patio and chairs under a grapefruit tree close to the huge pool. Coffee shop in the morning is convenient and has high quality coffee. Food by the pool was better than expected. Walking distance to some great restaurants, too. Well located resort overall. All staff was wonderful and helpful. Don’t leave things by the pool - we had a pair of sneakers stolen that were not recovered. But we loved...

"My husband & I stayed here on the last night of our Babymoon. We would not stay here again. The 1st room we were put in was secluded/towards the back of the hotel, and the internet connectivity was terrible. After spending time at the pool after check in, we went back to the room to find a note on the bed that said they would be doing landscaping at 9 AM, sorry for the inconvenience. This room/its patio was surrounded by hedges, and since I am pregnant & don't sleep well my husb. called about...
