"Stayed here with my family and it was a nice getaway. The amenities were great, the staff was helpful and quick to help with any issues. With that said, some issues we had was: - when we checked in to our room, we realized they had us at the second floor and that was troublesome with 2 toddlers and our luggage. - when we got into our room, we saw that there were multiple food/trash particles (raspberries, chips, bottle caps) in the crevices of the bed/fridge area. Paint chips were in the shower...

"Bottom line -- Parker Palm Springs is a boutique resort with many attractive aspects -- room quality/comfort, restaurant quality, lovely grounds, and very pleasant staff. However for $2k/night, it falls way short. Parking/valet is poorly designed (constantly jammed up and car wait time is 10+ min), bathroom infrastructure is terrible, water runs hot and cold with no warning, TVs are not smart TVs so even though we were there, as many other guests were, for the Indian Wells Tournament, we...

"We enjoyed our stay. Grateful that it wasPet friendly. The picture online is very misleading however. We thought we were at a completely different home. It would be appropriate to post a picture online that is true to the decorations, etc. just saying. The real thing compared to the photo is misleading. But overall, we were happy to sleep there for the one night. "

"Westin Mission Hills Golf Resort offers a complete range of activities with golf, swimming and restaurants on site. Both golf courses offers skills clinics during the week. Resort staff were helpful and friendly. Grounds were very well maintained. Attended an excellent craft beer dinner at one of the restaurants with beers matched to each of four courses."
